Please sign in at the reception desk to receive your name card and the abstract book.

Public announcements are available only in the case of emergency.

Baggage Storage

During the symposium, baggage storage will be available as follows. You can check in your baggage there. Please note that the symposium office does not hold any responsibility for damage or loss of your items. Be sure to keep your valuables with you.

Parking

Parking is available at the Conference Center (800.00 JPY per day). However, the lot might be crowded or full. We would recommend that participants use public transportation rather than private automobiles.

Parcel delivery service

During the symposium, a parcel delivery service desk by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd will be available.

Convenience store and restaurants

There is a convenience store, LAWSON, and restaurants around the conference center.

Prohibited Activities

Recording

In the lecture hall and poster room, it is prohibited to record presentations by any means, such as camerasor cellphones.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted only in the smoking space.

Phone calls

Phone calls in the lecture hall are prohibited. Please set your mobile phones to vibrate while you are in the lecture hall.
